The terms that apply when you use PreRise

PreRise (prerise.app) is operated by Selenra LLC ("we", "us"). These terms apply when you use the PreRise website, emails and paid plans. By creating an account or subscribing you agree to them.

What PreRise is

PreRise is a research service. Each day we review new search keywords and send a short list of picks with the evidence behind them: search results, trend data and our own scores. Picks are opinions based on public data at the time we sent them. They are not financial, legal or business advice, and we do not promise that any keyword will bring traffic, rankings or revenue. You decide what to build.

Your account

  • You need a valid email address. Keep your login details safe; you are responsible for activity on your account.
  • You must be at least 16 years old.
  • One person per account. Do not share paid access or resell our picks, cards or emails.
  • Prices are shown on the pricing page in US dollars. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing; access continues until the end of the period you paid for.
  • Founding membership is a yearly plan with a limited number of seats. Its price stays the same for as long as the membership renews without a break. Founding members can ask for a full refund until the first daily issue is sent.
  • Other payments are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. If something went wrong, email us and we will look at it.
  • We may change prices for future billing periods. We will email you before a change affects your subscription.

Acceptable use

Do not:

  • scrape, copy or redistribute picks, cards or the archive in bulk;
  • try to access other users' data, our admin tools or our infrastructure;
  • interfere with the service, overload it or get around access limits;
  • use PreRise for anything unlawful.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules. If we close a paid account without cause, we refund the unused part of the period.

Published records

The track record and daily seals are published so anyone can check them. Once a seal is posted it is not changed. Revealed picks may stay public after you cancel.

Content and trademarks

PreRise, its picks, cards, scores and design belong to Selenra LLC. Keyword and product names mentioned in picks belong to their owners; a mention is not an endorsement or a claim of affiliation.

Availability and liability

We work to keep PreRise running and the data accurate, but the service is provided "as is". Data from search engines and other sources can be late, incomplete or wrong. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost data.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is significant we will email account holders before it takes effect. Continuing to use PreRise after that means you accept the new terms.
